A Thousand "Thank You"s From Jim Boff

Open letter to Jim Boff  Supporters and Voters

With the run-off  on August 5th only days away I wanted to thank all those who have put in many hours on my campaign.  Thankfully, we are approaching the end of what has seemed to many a very long political season for our local offices.  I want to take this opportunity to publicly thank the many people that have worked so hard to get me through the primary election and then stayed on task helping me in the run-off.

In the process of running for this office I have been afforded the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people in several organizations and groups.
I can say that everyone of them has had the desire to do what is best for the county.  I am happy to be able to say that I am in agreement with many of the citizens of Forsyth as to what they believe is in the best interest of the county.  Those I have met throughout the campaign have all displayed a selfless desire to work towards the continued progress our county has made in the past few years.

The outpouring of support that I have experienced in the campaign has been amazing  Those who have been supporting me have done so for a wide variety of reasons. Some have done so out of exiting friendships, some have appreciated the work I have done on projects to benefit our community, some have worked with me to bring a mutual cause to the proper attention, and some have known me from the many associations with which i work.

The words "thank you" are inadequate to convey the amount of gratitude I have for all that you have done.
Many of those that have been supporting me I have had the pleasure to have known previously or have had the opportunity to meet at some point throughout the campaign, but there are some people who have actually been doing  a great deal to support me with their hard work and prayer, whom I have never had the opportunity to meet.  These folks are the ones who have been out there  working on my behalf just on the belief and hope that I will do the right thing when elected. Many of them have been  waving, putting out signs, or helping with the float at the Fourth of July Parade.  To all of these selfless  folks I have to say that you have humbled me, and I cannot thank you enough..

To each and everyone who has participated in this campaign, your efforts are about to pay off.  Early voting is this week with the final election day on Tues. Aug 5.

Once again I want to let you know that I am thankful and humbled to have the support so many of you have given me and continue to give and am confident that it is this spirit and determination which will continue to move the county in the right direction.

A thousand "thank you!"s

Jim
